Description
The United Nations Volunteers seeks a provider for as-needed rental of fully electric executive sedans and minivans, both with and without professional chauffeurs. The fleet must include at least five sedans and three minivans; vehicles must be no more than three years old and meet the stated registration, safety, insurance, equipment, and condition requirements. Services include point-to-point transportation, airport transfers, hourly and daily chauffeur services, and transportation for staff, official visitors, and VIPs. The provider must also meet specified driver qualifications, service response and performance standards, and reporting requirements. The solicitation anticipates a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement for an initial 12 months, with up to two additional one-year extensions. There is no minimum service commitment. Bidders must submit a completed technical offer and financial offer, along with the specified company, vehicle, insurance, experience, personnel, and financial documentation.
