Description
The project involves constructing storm sewer infrastructure and separating sewer systems along Fayette Street from Irving Avenue to Almond Street and Forman Avenue from Washington Street to Wellington Place. Work includes restoration of disturbed areas. Each bid must include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount and a Statement of Surety's Intent. The selected contractor must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount. MBE and WBE utilization goals are 18% and 12%, respectively.
