Description
The Joint Schools Construction Board seeks one consultant to provide independent, program-wide compliance administration and monitoring for Phase 3 of its school construction program. Services include reviewing MWBE utilization plans and certifications; monitoring workforce, EEO, residency, and student participation goals; reviewing certified payroll and payment applications; administering compliance workflows in B2Gnow and the designated payroll system; and maintaining compliance records, registers, and corrective-action logs. The consultant will also conduct authorized site visits, support procurement and award reviews, coordinate outreach and certification assistance, attend meetings, and prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and closeout reports. Proposals must address the requested qualifications, staffing, experience, approach, security controls, references, financial capacity, and fee proposal, including the provided staff-and-fee form and MWBE participation plan. The engagement is expected to continue for the duration of the Phase 3 program, whose schedule extends into 2036.
