Description
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency is establishing a prequalified supplier list for taxi and bus transportation with operators on an as-required basis. Services may support wildland fire suppression, evacuations, and other emergency efforts throughout Saskatchewan, with suppliers expected to respond and mobilize immediately when requested. Potential equipment includes taxicabs, charter buses, passenger vans, taxi trucks, highway coaches, and school buses. Suppliers must complete the submission form, identify their service area and available equipment, maintain required liability insurance, and agree to the applicable supplier responsibilities and rates. Prequalification does not guarantee any volume of work; individual call-ups are expected to use a one-year agreement.
