CITY OF DELAND NOTICE TO BIDDERS NO. B-26-18 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeLand will receive sealed bids at the City Hall 2nd floor receptionist, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, until 2:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026 and will open the submitted bids in the Commission Chambers, first floor, immediately following the submittal closing time for the following: " Water Polymer Chemicals " Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project technical specifications which may be obtained at the office of the City Hall, 120 S. Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, any time prior to the bid opening.
