Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a commercial product to replenish its supply of SOLBERG 3% MIL-SPEC synthetic fluorine-free firefighting foam concentrate for fire emergency-response assets assigned to Edwards Air Force Base. The product must be on the Department of Defense Qualified Products List, biodegradable, and free of siloxanes and intentionally added PFAS. Quotes will be evaluated using a comparative best-value process based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. The technical evaluation includes verification of a CMMC Level 1 assessment record certification in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. A completed past-performance questionnaire is identified as an attachment, and offerors must reference the solicitation number on submitted documents.
