Description
North East Independent School District is soliciting proposals from major non-alcoholic beverage vendors to provide beverage service for district athletic centers and sports facilities. The scope includes carbonated and noncarbonated beverages, fruit juices and drinks, sports beverages, teas, bottled water, and flavored water, along with product pricing, delivery, ordering support, and product replacement or recall services. The district does not guarantee purchase quantities, annual volume, or dollar amounts. The awarded vendor must provide 43 refrigerated, glass-front beverage coolers with approximately 400 20-ounce beverage capacity each, including delivery, installation, setup, maintenance, repair, and replacement. The vendor must also provide delivery documentation, monthly vending activity reports, commissions or rebates, and detailed incentives. Required proposal materials include product pricing and commission information, cooler brochures or photographs, sample monthly vending and delivery reports, incentive details, proof of insurance, specified business and compliance forms, and three references for substantially similar projects. The anticipated term is three years with two additional one-year renewal options.
