The City of Albuquerque's Department of Health, Housing, and Homelessness (HHH) is inviting non-profit developers to submit proposals for the development of Affordable Rental Housing. The project involves new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, or preservation of multi-family rental housing for persons at or below income limits. Funding is provided through HUD HOME Investment Partnerships. The development must be located within Albuquerque city limits and conform to the City's 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan and 2026 Annual Action Plan.
