Description
Appalachian State University is seeking proposals for a modern, cloud-based point-of-sale and eCommerce solution for its multi-location campus store, which sells general merchandise and course materials through physical stores and an online storefront. The solicitation has two response options: Part 1, a complete integrated POS, eCommerce, and ERP/back-office solution replacing the University's current NetSuite environment; or Part 2, a POS and eCommerce solution that integrates with the existing NetSuite ERP. Required capabilities include multi-location inventory, offline POS processing, book rentals and buybacks, stackable promotions, gift cards, split-tender and campus-card payments, near-real-time online/in-store synchronization, Banner and VitalSource integrations, SSO, UPS shipping integration, demand planning and replenishment, reporting, PCI DSS compliance, and data-security documentation. Implementation services include configuration, data migration, integration development, hardware provisioning as needed, training, testing, go-live support, and ongoing support. Proposals must address the specifications and include pricing, vendor experience, at least three customer references, security and accessibility materials, and the required attachments and matrices.
