Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) is soliciting bids for a contract to supply waterborne traffic paint. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions, not to exceed a total of 36 months. All materials supplied must conform to the Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of 2017 and be on the MDOT Approved Products List. Materials will be subject to testing by the MDOT Materials Division. Bids can be submitted electronically through the State of Mississippi's MAGIC system or via sealed paper competitive bid. The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM CST. The last day for questions is Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. Award will be made based on the lowest and best total bid that meets MDOT's specifications and requirements.
