Description
The Board of Supervisors of Scott County, Mississippi, is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of various construction and maintenance materials for roads and bridges. The contract period is for six months, beginning July 6, 2026, and ending January 4, 2027. Products requested include Hot Bituminous Pavement Surface Course (SC-1 Type 6 and Type 8), Hot Mix Asphalt (ST and MT, 9.5mm and 12.5mm), Cold Mix Asphalt, Liquid Emulsion (CRS-2 and CRS-2P), and Liquid Asphalt (AC-10). Some bid sheets also specify delivery costs for cold mix asphalt to various locations within Scott County. Bids must be submitted to the Board of Supervisors Office, Scott County Courthouse, PO Box 630, Forest, MS 39074, by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026.
