Description
The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is requesting quotes for Plastic Polish, identified by NSN 7930-00-935-3794. Vendors must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or the OMS Vendor Portal. The product must meet Federal Specification P-P-560C, Type I, Liquid, with ten 16-ounce containers per box, and a maximum age of three months from the date of manufacture. Products must conform to the producer's specifications and be the same as offered in the commercial market. Packaging and marking must comply with applicable Federal and Military Standards, including MIL-STD-129R for domestic and export shipments. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted according to Federal Standard No. 313. Delivery will be to Continental United States (CONUS) locations, with the full address provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination (CONUS) basis, along with the vendor's best delivery lead time. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Vendors must submit a completed RFQ (pages 1-6) and MIL-STD-129R form (page 5) via email to alan.craig@gsa.gov by the closing date. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factor, provided all administrative compliance requirements are met.
