Description
The Town of St. Joseph is soliciting bids for comprehensive renovations to the St. Joseph Community House. The project includes significant interior work such as the installation of new handicap-accessible restrooms, HVAC systems, and fire sprinkler systems, along with updated interior finishes. Exterior renovations will involve constructing a new handicap ramp, installing a new asphalt shingle roof, and applying new exterior finishes. Printing of digital documents is the responsibility of the general contractor. This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of the Treasury Capital Projects Fund, requiring substantial completion and full expenditure of grant funds by December 31, 2026.
