Description
The National Park Service (NPS) requires paint and supplies to support Yosemite National Park. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 140P8526Q0084. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous based on price, technical capability, and delivery. All items must be new, and no used or refurbished items will be accepted. Quotes must include all costs, including shipping and handling. Delivery is preferred within 30-45 days after receipt of order (ARO) and will be FOB destination to the NPS Warehouse at 5083 Foresta Road, El Portal, CA 95318. Delivery must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and deliveries will not be accepted on Fridays, weekends, or Federal holidays unless pre-approved. Delivery hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The contractor is responsible for unloading freight. Offerors must consider potential travel restrictions due to road construction and weather conditions within the park, as these will not be cause for additional compensation. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325510, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Quotes are due by 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time (PT) on Monday, June 22, 2026, and only emailed quotes will be accepted. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to lisa_henson@ios.doi.gov by June 16, 2026, by 1:00 p.m. (PT).
