Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure forty (40) Internal Temperature and Relative Humidity Transmitters. These transmitters must be fully interoperable with the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center's existing TempTrak enterprise monitoring system, ensuring seamless integration without requiring new gateways, receivers, software replacements, or system reconfiguration. The transmitters must meet or exceed specific performance and compatibility requirements, including a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F, temperature accuracy of ±0.5°F, a relative humidity range of 0 to 95% RH, and relative humidity accuracy of ±2%. They must operate on a 900MHz frequency-hopping spread spectrum, have a transmission capability of up to 2500ft in open field, and provide a minimum of 400 hours of onboard data storage. The units will be battery-powered (3-volt lithium), require no hardwired installation, weigh approximately 3 oz, and come with a minimum one-year warranty. NIST-traceable calibration is also required.
