Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, Mississippi, is soliciting quotes for a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for concrete and aggregate supplies. This BPA will be in effect for five years or until the not-to-exceed limit of $5,000,000.00 is reached. The agreement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses, with NAICS Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees. The scope of supplies includes ready-mix concrete of various strengths for civil construction and maintenance, as well as various types and gradations of sand, gravel, crushed stone, limestone, rock, and slag. Orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price BPA Call orders. The government anticipates awarding 3-5 BPAs based on best value quotations, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. The solicitation will be available electronically on SAM.gov.
