Description
Jasper County, Mississippi is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 5.668 miles of roadway on CR 12 Taylorsville-Paulding Road, identified as State Aid Program (SAP) Project No. SAP-31(10)M. The project involves various roadway items including unclassified excavation, asphalt base repair, asphalt leveling, cold milling of bituminous pavement, ultrathin asphalt pavement, and maintenance of traffic. Additionally, the project requires the installation of two-way yellow reflective high-performance raised markers, 4-inch wide cold plastic traffic stripe (skip yellow and continuous yellow), and 4-inch wide thermoplastic traffic stripe (skip yellow and continuous yellow) with thermoplastic legend (white). The construction will adhere to the latest edition of the Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction. Bidders must submit bids by 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 6, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder based on published quantities. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against.
