Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture of COATING,POLYURETHAN. The material must be furnished in 4 OZ kit form, including the appropriate parts of activator. Specific part numbers are 6831545-001 (resin, blue) and 6831545-002. The coating must meet the material and physical requirements specified on drawing number 6831545-002, CAGE 53711 REV H. Marking requirements are in accordance with applicable Military Standards and Specifications, including MIL-STD-130 for mechanical parts and MIL-STD-1285 or MIL-STD-130 for electrical and electronic parts. Configuration control shall follow MIL-STD-973. A shelf-life requirement of 24 months, non-extendible, is mandated. The material must have at least 85% of its shelf-life remaining upon receipt by the first Government activity. Government source inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required.
