Description
The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract to supply waterborne traffic paint for use on the runways, taxiways, and ramp areas at Harry Reid International Airport. Bids must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system (www.ngemnv.com). Potential bidders must register as a supplier on the NGEM website. All questions and bid submissions must be processed through this system; submissions outside of NGEM will not be considered. The system will automatically notify registered suppliers of any updates or addenda. Nevada's Emerging Small Business (ESB) certification program, administered by the Governor's Office of Economic Development, is mentioned as a resource for small businesses seeking to contract with government agencies. Prospective bidders may submit questions through the NGEM site until the specified cutoff date. All bids are due by 2:00 p.m. PT on June 23, 2026, and will be unsealed at the Clark County Department of Aviation Administration Building, Conference Room 3B, Purchasing, 1845 East Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Attendance at the bid opening is not required. A notification of intent to award will be sent at least five days prior to the award.
