Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks a contractor to perform interior painting and upgrade lighting in office spaces and two vehicle workshops. The scope includes preparatory work such as wall repair, sanding, and priming. Approximately 2,000 square feet of office space and 5,500 square feet of production areas will be painted. The contractor will be responsible for protecting existing furniture and equipment. Additionally, all interior incandescent light bulbs will be replaced with LED bulbs. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th, at 0900 PDT, with a rally point at the west gate visitor parking lot. Base access requires DBIDS pre-qualification and submission of a base access form with attendee information. Questions are accepted up to seven days prior to the response deadline. While not mandatory, the site visit is strongly recommended.
