Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is seeking information from contractors capable of providing testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services for automatic fire sprinkler systems at the VA Central California Health Care System. The services will be performed at the Fresno VA Medical Center located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703. The contract period is for a base year from September 21, 2026, to September 20, 2027, with four one-year option periods. Services include maintaining, inspecting, testing, and repairing fire sprinkler systems and associated devices in accordance with NFPA codes and VA directives. This includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual function checks, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of various system components. Emergency and urgent repair services are also required, with specified response times. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, be registered and certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) on the SBA certification database. PST on June 26, 2026, providing specific company information, socioeconomic status, capabilities statement, project history, licensure proof, and anticipated teaming arrangements.
