The USDA Forest Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the purchase and delivery of buck fencing materials. The required items are 1,246 12-foot peeled untreated buck fencing rails, 200 five-foot peeled and notched buck pairs, 225 six-inch Starborn E-coat T40 timber screws, and 2,250 eight-inch Starborn E-coat T40 timber screws with a 265-pound shear rating. Quotes must include pricing for all items, including any quantity or prompt-payment discounts, and descriptive literature or other readily available technical documentation demonstrating that the proposed products meet or exceed the solicitation's salient characteristics. Award is anticipated to be made to one offeror using a lowest-price, technically acceptable evaluation with acceptable or neutral past performance. Delivery is FOB destination and is required by January 28, 2027.
