Description
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Community Service Program is soliciting sealed bids for roof repair services on a commercial warehouse that sustained storm damage. The scope of work includes both interior and exterior repairs, and the selected contractor will be responsible for all materials and disposal. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RST Bid #: 26-23" and will be accepted from Monday, June 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time until Wednesday, June 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time. All bids will be publicly opened on June 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Treasurer's office at the RST Administration building. No email, fax, or telephone bids will be accepted. Award of the bid will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe business regulatory requirements, including proof of non-suspension or debarment from federal agencies. Indian Preference will be adhered to per TECRO Ordinance No. 86-03. Bidders must also include their business license information from the RST Revenue Department.
