Description
The Meadow Ridge Road District (MRRD) is initiating a local improvement project for culvert replacement and road resurfacing. The project, designed by Norman Engineering & Surveying, includes replacing a deteriorated drainage culvert under Prairie Lane, resurfacing Meadow Ridge Road and parts of Prairie Lane, and milling/resurfacing the southern section of Prairie Lane and all of Ridgeway Road. An additional phase for driveway overlay work is also proposed. The total estimated project cost is $903,486.53, which will be levied as special assessments against the 26 benefited lots within the development. Each lot will be assessed an equal share of $34,749.49. The project aims to restore a water impoundment for fire protection and improve the road surfaces within the development.
