Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Northwest Regional Office (NWRO), on behalf of the Great Plains Regional Office (GPRO) and Cheyenne River Agency (CRA), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Road Groom Manufacturing LLC for a 13' Road Groomer. This equipment is required to maintain over 300 miles of gravel roads using personnel who do not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Road Groom Manufacturing LLC is the only manufacturer offering Road Groomers that can be operated with either a 4WD 3/4 pickup or a tractor, providing essential flexibility for the agency's road maintenance needs.
