Description
This project involves egress modifications at the William Guy Federal Building in Bismarck, North Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for installing emergency crash bars with audible alarm capabilities on three separate doors, as well as installing a weatherproof single-gang backbox to the exterior of the main entrance. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract set aside for Small Businesses in North Dakota. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for Substantial Completion, with Contract Completion within 60 calendar days of Substantial Completion.
