Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) requires an upgrade of existing DataRay D3 interfaces to the D4 platform for Zebra printers used for patient wristbands at the Cheyenne River Health Center. The D3 interfaces are end-of-life and end-of-support, and the upgrade will ensure continued support and maintenance under the current service agreement. This service will be performed by an on-site DataRay technician. The scope includes providing new equipment and parts, performing professional installation, testing, and end-user training. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The work will primarily be performed at the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, during standard business hours.
