Description
Ben Franklin Transit is seeking a consultant to conduct a Short-Range Transit Plan for its municipal transit system. The selected contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including equal employment opportunity laws and WISHA and OSHA regulations. The solicitation encourages disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals.
