Description
The City of Yakima Water/Irrigation Division is seeking bids for new, unused water and irrigation materials, including resilient-seated gate valves, butterfly valves, tapping sleeves, tees, bends, adapters, reducers, plugs, caps, couplings, repair clamps, sleeves, joint restraints, valve box lids and extensions, paving risers, meter boxes and lids, ductile iron pipe, gaskets, and related accessories. Quantities are estimates, materials will be ordered on an as-needed basis, and the City may award individual schedules to multiple vendors. Bidders must identify the brand, make, and model for each schedule and provide unit pricing, delivery time, discounts, and any exceptions. Products must comply with the specified AWWA, ASTM, ANSI, ASME, NSF, and other applicable standards. Delivery is required FOB destination with inside delivery to the Water/Irrigation Division, and all items must be delivered within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of order. The contract term is one year from its effective date, with up to four additional one-year extensions. Responses must include the signature sheet, technical specification analysis, bid form, and debarment and suspension attestation.
