Description
The Regional District of Central Okanagan is requesting proposals from organizations experienced in professional consulting for local government planning and development in British Columbia. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive review and redesign of the District's planning and building permit approval process to make it more innovative, efficient, and future-ready. The services will be performed over a maximum period of 10 calendar months, with final completion of all services and deliverables due no later than August 31, 2027. The District identifies a maximum budget of $85,000 plus GST for all services.
