Description
The City of Selah is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Selah Civic Center Remodel Phase III. Schedule A includes repaving and restriping part of the existing parking lot, installing fire sprinklers, safety improvements, ADA restroom improvements, and constructing a new lobby and office. Schedule B includes installation of two EV charging stations. The work must be completed within 90 working days. Bids must be submitted on the form included in the specifications and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least 5% of the bid amount. A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled at the Selah Civic Center, and prime contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
