Description
Augusta-Richmond County, through its Engineering and Environmental Services Department, is soliciting proposals for solid waste and recycling front load services. Bids must be submitted to the Augusta Procurement Department by Monday, July 27, 2026, no later than 10:00 AM. Proposals can be viewed publicly via Microsoft Teams or in person at the Augusta Municipal Building, 535 Telfair Street, Suite 605, Augusta, GA 30901. Bids submitted via email will not be accepted. Proposals must remain valid for ninety (90) days after opening, pending contract execution. Key dates include a mandatory pre-bid conference on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, held both in person at 452 Walker Street and virtually via Microsoft Teams. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted via email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov by Monday, July 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Bidders are required to mark RFP #26-196 on the exterior of their submittal envelope and must separate their fee proposal from their technical qualifications into distinct sealed envelopes, following detailed instructions within the bid documents.
