Description
The Kansas Department of Commerce is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide legal and advisory services concerning immigration visas and lawful permanent residence programs. The scope includes assistance with employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, H-1B1, EB-series work authorizations, petition and application preparation and filing, responses to Requests for Evidence, immigration tracking systems, and monthly status reporting. The contract is scheduled to run from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, with one or two firms anticipated for selection. Proposals must include qualifications, a flat-rate fee schedule, key-personnel resumes, similar-work information, and references; evaluation will consider experience, capacity, and cost effectiveness.
