Description
The Virginia Office of the Attorney General is soliciting proposals from attorneys to provide advice and legal representation to the OAG and its clients, including agencies, institutions, and individuals. The scope covers federal and state labor and employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims, constitutional claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, wage-and-hour compliance, employee grievances, Virginia human-rights laws, employee benefits and retirement or compensation plans, Affordable Care Act compliance, employment-related immigration matters, and workplace issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. No solicitation documents are attached to the posting. The posting states that submissions sent through EVA will be ignored and directs vendors to a separate response link for additional information and submission.
