Description
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the provision of dental supplies, instruments, equipment, laboratory materials, consumables, educational kits, PPE, and related products to support its dental education and clinical programs. The University intends to award contracts to multiple suppliers. Key requirements include adherence to the University's solicitation rules, instructions, general terms and conditions, and insurance requirements. Bidders must provide detailed responses to questions regarding their organization's overview, references, delivery capabilities, product substitution processes, value-added services, and any limitations regarding performance or service level agreements. Pricing proposals must be submitted using the provided template, and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the supplier, as the University is tax-exempt. Suppliers are required to certify regarding debarment, conflicts of interest, and non-collusion. Past performance and references will be considered, and the University reserves the right to negotiate with multiple bidders to determine the lowest and best bidder.
