Description
The City of Chelan Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms for on-call municipal engineering and consulting services. Firms may submit for one or more of four categories: transportation, streets, and stormwater; water distribution and treatment and wastewater collection and treatment; development plan review and general on-call engineering; and Lake Chelan Sewer District engineering services. Potential work includes roadway and traffic engineering, stormwater modeling and planning, water and sewer infrastructure design, utility system modeling and master planning, development and permit review, grant and loan application support, standards and code updates, sewer capital project design and construction management, and emergency design support. The City may select up to two firms per category for one-year master agreements with annual renewal options for up to four years. No cost or fee schedule is required with the qualifications submission; fees will be addressed during negotiations. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 15 single-sided pages, excluding the cover letter, covers, and tab dividers, and must address firm experience, personnel, regulatory familiarity, past performance, references, subconsultants, responsiveness, and affirmative action/DBE compliance.
