Description
The City of Lake Stevens is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of the Davies Beach dock. The project includes demolition and disposal of existing dock components, installation of new composite and wood decking, bullrail, fascia board, skirt board, crossbeam and joist replacement, and reinstallation of existing railing. The work also includes SWPPP and mobilization. The bid tabulation shows multiple bidders with prices ranging from approximately $231,000 to $392,000.
