Description
Snohomish County PUD seeks a supplier for two 30-inch full-port turbine inlet valves for Units 3 and 4 of the Jackson Hydroelectric Project. The scope includes design, manufacture, hydraulic actuators, bypass and vent/drain assemblies, controls compatible with the existing SCADA system, shop testing, delivery, installation instructions and supervision, startup, commissioning, field testing, training, warranties, spare parts, special tools, and operation and maintenance documentation. The valves must provide zero leakage, fit the existing valve footprint or include adapter hardware, and be suitable for the specified hydraulic conditions. The supplier must demonstrate at least 20 years of relevant large-valve manufacturing or supply experience and provide at least two comparable North American projects completed within the previous five years, including owner references. Bids must include the completed quotation form, equipment data and preliminary drawings, required technical information, and electronic proof of bid security. The equipment is to be delivered to the project site by the supplier, with installation performed by others under the supplier's direction; installation, startup, testing, and training support will be required during the planned 2028 installation period.
