Description
Nassau Community College is soliciting bids from reliable, experienced, and qualified firms to provide professional HVAC system and ductwork cleaning, sanitization, preventive maintenance, and on-call repair services at College facilities. The scope includes pricing for 29 building/system line items based on square footage and equipment provided with the bid documents. Required microbial and particulate samples must be submitted to a qualified laboratory, with laboratory results included as an appendix to the completion report. The agreement is a non-exclusive, five-year pricing agreement for services ordered as needed. Prevailing-wage compliance and the solicitation's insurance requirements apply. Bidders must have been in business for at least five years providing the required services. Subcontracting is permitted with prior approval. The College accepts Nassau County or New York State M/WBE certification and prefers Nassau County certification.
