Description
ARCO/Murray is seeking sealed bids from trade contractors for the Site Concrete & Paving bid package for the Bradley Water Park project, owned by the Village of Bradley. The work will be performed at the southwest corner of Freedom Drive and Northfield Meadows Boulevard in Bradley, Illinois, and must comply with Illinois prevailing-wage requirements for public works. A 10% bid bond based on the base bid is required from all bidders. The awarded contractor must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and material payment bond. Bidders must complete a prequalification form and meet the insurance requirements in the bid documents.
