Description
Smith County School District is soliciting a turnkey solution for its athletic programs at Mize, Raleigh, and Taylorsville high schools. The base requirement includes six permanently mounted automated camera systems—one indoor gym system and one outdoor stadium system at each school—along with hardware, licensing, configuration, installation coordination, platform services, training, warranty, support, and transition assistance. The solution must provide automated 1080p capture and tracking, coaching-video management, districtwide livestreaming and fan access, enhanced broadcast production, archives and downloads, mobile or portable streaming, monetization and revenue reporting, integration with or migration from the District’s existing Hudl environment, accessibility and security controls, and support for at least six simultaneous broadcasts. The awarded vendor must complete delivery and operationalization by October 1, 2026. The initial term runs from notice to proceed through June 30 of the following fiscal year, with up to four additional one-year renewals. Equipment must be new and purchased from an authorized reseller; freight, configuration, installation where requested, licensing, warranty, support, and required accessories must be included unless specifically itemized as exclusions.
