Description
The University of Mississippi Medical Center intends to renew Accruent TMS as a sole-source computerized maintenance management system. The system tracks corrective and preventive-maintenance work orders, asset data, key-holder information, work-order history and assignments, construction projects, resource expenditures, service and labor assignments, and preventive-maintenance scheduling. Accruent is identified as the sole provider of the product and related support, services, and development. The estimated expenditure is $173,733.20 for three years, with possible additional enhancements, upgrades, support, or equipment within the certification period. Interested parties may submit objections to the proposed sole-source certification using the required vendor form and Attachment B objection certification.
