Description
Greater Portland Transit District is soliciting bids for delivery of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to its facility at an estimated usage of 12,000 gallons per year, or 36,000 gallons over three years. The awarded contractor must provide a 330-gallon storage tank at its own expense, maintain and repair the tank as needed, monitor its level, and automatically refill it when low. Delivered DEF must meet or exceed API and ISO 22241 standards. Pricing must include all fees, shipping, and delivery. The proposal must include pricing for each of three years, a specification sheet for the proposed DEF, and the required signed and dated proposal, addenda acknowledgment, debarment certification, termination-for-convenience form, and federal standards addendum. The contract may be extended for two additional one-year terms by mutual agreement and may be terminated with 30 days' notice.
