Description
This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a request for proposals or quotes, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Air Force is assessing contractor interest and capabilities ahead of a forthcoming RFQ for design-build services to demolish Dormitory 2425. The anticipated work includes architectural and engineering design, construction documents, site investigation, demolition of the building and associated systems and site features, hazardous-material handling, utility protection, grading, landscaping, and related construction and testing services. Interested firms are asked to provide company and SAM.gov UEI details, contact information, an expression of interest, qualifications and relevant technical experience, and their small-business category. Responses must be emailed to both named contracting officials by the stated deadline. The notice anticipates a small-business restriction for the future procurement, but no set-aside is established by this sources-sought notice.
