Description
The contractor will assess potential mold conditions in Buildings 122 and 144, including visual inspections of accessible areas, moisture investigations, HVAC and ventilation observations, and appropriate environmental sampling with analysis by an AIHA EMLAP-accredited laboratory. The contractor must document conditions and sample locations, maintain sample custody, and provide laboratory results and chain-of-custody documentation. Mold remediation is not included unless separately authorized in writing. Deliverables include a draft assessment report with findings, photographs, moisture readings, laboratory results, prioritized corrective-action recommendations, and a remediation or corrective-action cost estimate, followed by a final report incorporating government comments. The solicitation requires an itemized quote, a total price in the online item tab, and a completed Bidder Certification. The work has a stated two-month (60-day) period of performance.
