Description
Mt. San Jacinto Community College District seeks qualifications and fee proposals from DSA-accepted testing laboratories and qualified special inspection firms. The initial assignment covers the Menifee Valley Campus Stadium Fitness Weight Room Emergency Repair Project and includes laboratory-of-record services, materials testing, and special inspections for concrete, reinforcing steel, post-installed anchors, welding, metal deck, headed studs, and crack epoxy injection. Services also include coordination, reporting, nonconformance documentation, and project closeout in accordance with the approved construction documents and DSA requirements. The District also intends to establish a five-year qualification pool for future district projects. Potential future services include testing and inspections for concrete, masonry, structural steel, welding, bolting, anchors, fireproofing, nondestructive testing, soils, fabrication, and structural repairs. Proposers must submit qualifications, relevant experience, staffing and subcontractor information, service categories, an initial-project approach, hourly and unit rates, references, claims and litigation disclosures, insurance acceptance, and the specified certifications and acknowledgments. Pool selection does not guarantee future assignments or compensation.
