Description
The U.S. Air Force seeks replacement signage for Facility 30011. The work includes providing the specified room identification, conference room, restroom, stairway, exit, level indicator, directory, shelter-in-place, and notice-holder signs; removing existing signs; and delivering and installing the new signs. The signs must meet the solicitation’s requirements for dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, tactile characters, Braille, inserts, and mounting. The proposed products must be from a single manufacturer, and the contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed manufacturer. The quotation must include a completed pricing schedule and Required Information Sheet, manufacturer and part numbers for each sign type, product literature and cutsheets, any required “or equal” documentation, a statement confirming the quoted price covers all required work, a proposed completion date within 120 days after award, and a compliant warranty statement. The scope includes design services, field verification, removal and disposal, patching and painting as needed, delivery, installation, and cleanup. Award is intended to be firm-fixed-price on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
