The Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to award American Proficiency Institute, Inc. a firm-fixed-price contract to provide proficiency testing samples and surveys for Northern Navajo Medical Center. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotations or proposals; capable vendors may submit a written capability statement for consideration, and verbal responses will not be considered. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032, consisting of a one-year base period, four one-year options, and a possible six-month extension. Responses are due November 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.
