Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity intends to make a sole source award to Cascade DAFO for the purchase of Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses. This award is being made under the statutory authority of FAR 12.102-1(a), which permits solicitation from a single source if circumstances deem only one source reasonably available, particularly for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113. This notice serves as a synopsis fulfilling requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203, and is not a request for competitive quotes.
