Description
This solicitation is for maintenance dredging services for the San Rafael Creek Channel and the Across the Flats (ATF) channel in Marin County, California. The San Rafael Creek Channel requires dredging to a depth of -6 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW), plus 1 foot of paid over-depth. The ATF channel requires dredging to -8 feet MLLW, plus 1 foot of paid over-depth. Dredged material from Reaches 0 and 3 will be transported to the Government-furnished site SF-10 for disposal. Material from Reaches 1 and 2 will be transported to the Government-furnished site SF-11 for disposal. This requirement is for full and open competition and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, resulting in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The estimated cost range for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
